We set up a 5 ties system to reward people that refer our business.

Tier 1: You refer someone. When you do, and we get the job, you will get a 3% commission on that job.

Tier 2: Your friend refers another friend, and we get the job, your friend will get 3% commission on that job and you will get 0.75% commission on that job.

Tiers 3-5: Rince and repeat, but tier 3 gets 0.65%, tier 4 gets 0.4, and tier 5 gets 0.3.

For Example:

Person A refers person B, it doesn’t matter if person B gives us a job or not, he is part of person A’s chain. If person B does give us a job for, let’s say $10,000, person A will receive $300 (3%). Then, if person B refers person C, person C is now part of the chain, if he gives us a job, for $10,000, person B will receive $300 (3%), and person A will receive $75 (0.75%), once person A is past the 5th tier, he is no longer part of the chain.
